4. Premium Products

Premium products (Pro subscription, bundles, individual products) are sold through Gumroad. Purchases are subject to Gumroad's terms of service and refund policy. Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on DevPlaybook — including articles, tool code, design, and graphics — is owned by DevPlaybook unless otherwise stated. You may:

• Share links to any page
• Quote short excerpts with attribution
• Use code snippets from blog posts in your own projects

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell entire articles or products without permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or overload the site
• Scrape content in bulk for automated redistribution
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent DevPlaybook content as your own original work
